This allows us to be in constant contact with our clients and provide property walk through as often as necessary. Sharing in this experience with our clients is our passion.

Envisioning Your Dream Home
This first step is always the most exciting! As a team, we will sit down with you to discuss the vision for your dream home. We will take the time to walk through your plans and ideas to ensure that the finished product meets your wants and needs. This is not a quick process, we at Severyn Development encourage our clients to take their time during this crucial first step. Together, with our in house architect we can create a custom plan just for you.
Once you love your plans, we will be able to provide a calculated proposal clearly outlining all credits and allowances for the creation of your dream home. Going over this process in detail ensures our clients that they will not be surprised will last minute change orders or extra expenses. We provide open and honest communication of all expected costs. Building Your Home
On day one, the Severyn Family will commence the ground breaking of your dream home with a golden shovel ceremony. It is a tradition of ours to start the first day with our clients. Unlike other builders, we are willing to tour the property at anytime in order to address any questions or concerns. It is important to us that you experience and understand everything that goes into your home. We will also accompany you in purchasing the finish products that truly make your home one of a kind.

Home Is Complete
Prior to taking possession of your home, we will personally walk you through the finished product to ensure that all items are completed and satisfactory. We pride ourselves on delivering finished, clean, ready to move in homes for you to enjoy immediately. We can also assist in the moving process and offer to return to the home to touch up any damage experienced throughout your move. Leaving you with a perfect custom home.
