Once the plan is taking shape, we help you identify the right lot to match it. With our in house real estate broker, Bill Severyn, we can guide you through options ranging from village lots to larger country properties, based on your goals, budget, and lifestyle.
After you select a property, we coordinate the due diligence and connect you with engineering support so the site plan, grading, and utilities align with your home design. The goal is a location that fits your vision and sets the build up for success.

We begin with a ground breaking and golden shovel ceremony, a tradition we share with our clients on day one. From there, you will have clear communication and on site walk through opportunities throughout construction so you can stay informed and confident as your home takes shape.

Home Is Complete
Before you take possession, we complete a final walk through with you to confirm every detail is finished and satisfactory. We deliver a clean, move-in ready home so you can settle in immediately with confidence.
